MREC Teaching Programs

Prospective Students > If you already work in the Industry and want to enroll in selected courses..

You may enroll in any course which interests you as a non degree seeking student.  You may take the course for credit, which means that you will be tested and graded on the material covered or you can audit the class; meaning that you are provided with all the same information and materials but are not required to take exams.  Courses audited provide you with an opportunity to learn, but do not accrue college credit toward a degree.  The fees for non degree or auditing is the same.  Many key people within a business organization find that auditing courses periodically through a program is a convenient way to stay abreast of the latest developments within the industry, as well as to become aware of future trends.  They are then better able to make decisions based on current science and technology.

To enroll in a course for credit or to audit a course, simply contact the Academic Programs Office at the UF/IFAS - Apopka Campus for more information.  Formal registration times are scheduled prior to each semester, but registration paperwork may be completed prior to these scheduled times.
