Hi my name is Anna and I have a room for rent in a 3/2.5 townhouse that is located 5-10 mins from campus in Ocoee. I'm hoping to attend in Fall'09 and would like to room with a pharm student. The room has a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and is carpeted. Washer/dryer in hall, mini fridge can be provided if necessary. Quiet, gated, safe community with pool and basketball & tennis courts. I'm alumni from the UF College of Pharmacy Apopka campus and I have a condo in Altamonte Springs that I'm renting out. 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Altamonte Springs, 20 minutes from campus. Condo is in a very quiet neighborhood & close to Target, Altamonte mall, & I-4. Second floor condo has newly updated stainless steel appliances, remote controlled ceiling fans, and includes a washer & dryer. Complex has tennis courts, swimming pool, indoor raquetball, & car wash.
